@Mithroi RAM is very important. CPU power, too but it drains the battery. Otoh, I believe we will see devices with similar specs very soon

Pressemitteilung ans Blog bekommen: “Das Örtliche” gibt es jetzt auch für . Vielleicht interessiert es ja jemanden…

: great Twitter client for but missing identity.ca support prevents me from switching. And you can’t exit the App fully

via identica

@nodch ungewohnt, aber ok bis schick wenn man sich dran gewöhnt. Kann aber keine Umlaute und ich will identi.ca support

via twhirl in reply to nodch

@rootbox ausserdem kann er keine Umlaute. Hab nen Kommentar im Market hinterlassen dass ich identi.ca vermisse

via twhirl in reply to rootbox

via identica

@Mithroi the is clearly a high-end phone but this level will be common in a few month.

via twhirl

@Mithroi a great device but not as outstanding as it could be. There will be much competition on this level in a few month

via twhirl

@Mithroi but that’s just by looking at the specs, haven’t seen it for real as it’s not available here yet

via twhirl

@Mithroi have to go to bed now, tweet you later (tomorrow)

via twhirl

@Mithroi but if I hold it in my hand I’m sure I’ll want to own it, even if there are already worthy competetors announced :)

via twidroid

@Mithroi I think the biggest advantage of the Nexus is that you can be very sure to receive Android updates shortly after the release

via twidroid

@Mithroi no, devices as the Droid (2?), Sony Ericsson X10 or any other Android device which will be announced by the day N1 reaches germany

via twhirl

@Mithroi if I had the money and could buy it, I would by it, yes. But “Sorry, the Nexus One phone is not acailable in your country.” :-(

via twhirl

@Mithroi My Galaxy has Android 1.5; 1.6, 2.0 and 2.1 came in just 3 month. I still have no announcement for any newer version as 1.5 :-(

via twhirl

@Mithroi I think (hope) that the availability of future Android versions for a specific device will be as important as the amount of RAM

via twhirl

@Mithroi OTOH, my Galaxy has 1GB for Application installs, that’s twice as much as the Nexus One whis has 512MB.

via twhirl

@Mithroi the Samsung Galaxy has been an exclusive deal for O2 for a month in Germany (whole Europe?)and is freely available since then (GSM)

via twhirl

@Mithroi the Xperia X10 has less RAM but twice storage, better camera. Besides RAM it outperformes the Nexus (on paper) http://bit.ly/au1ave

via twhirl

@Mithroi the X10 is supposed to be available at t-mobile germany from april (in the US from AT&T?). The Galaxy last June

via twhirl

@Mithroi the specs are identical to the G1/Magic/mytouch. The first OS releases by Samsung were bad, beginning with the ‘IK4’ version good

via twhirl

@Mithroi same Qualcom CPU, same amount of RAM (128MB System+ 64MB Baseband =192MB) and with IK4 and newer it’s like your mytouch.

via twhirl

@Mithroi I like the galaxy very much but I hope there will be an update with Android 2.x as the apps will start to require it

via twhirl

@Mithroi RAM is 128MB+64MB like your Mytouch. The 8GB are 1GB storage for app installs + 7GB as internal SD-Card (plus slot for a real card)

via twhirl

@Mithroi that’s why I think the availability of future android versions will be an important feature of android phones in future
